It was just a small iron works job, but this company treated it like it was a huge one. Even though I emailed them over the weekend, Matthew Melton emailed me back quickly while he was in California! He sent Tim over to give me an estimate and let's face it – who wants to drive to Sunrise Mountain just to give an estimate? Tim came over twice. He was helpful and the estimate was within my budget to repair some wrought iron fencing. This company gives A+ service. I would tell everyone to start with Western Door and Gate first and forget the others.

They were so friendly and efficient, and assisted me ASAP when my garage door was stuck in the open position and I had to go work. They saved my day by responding to my emergency promptly!!

They were professional, quoted opener repair cost and cost of total replacement, and left it up to me. The old unit was 20 years old and I opted for replacement. I would recommend them again. They did a good job, were fair to me, and seemed very honest. They took a decent amount of time explaining the features. I would recommend them to others. They were on time and professional.

My garage opener is very old to say the least. They suggested a good replacement if I ever decided to replace it – without being pushy. I only had a broken spring. The opener is still running its little heart out. He replaced both springs. Quick response. The service man was very courteous, experienced, personable and polite. He called and said he could come earlier, which was great for me. He was very thorough and made sure everything was secure and safe before he finished. The price was excellent compared to others. Eventually I will need a new opener. I will use them for all of my future garage door needs. Great job!

Quick response, wonderful service and great prices! Customer service rep called within 10 minutes of my request through Service Magic and was able to provide a special they were currently offering for a new garage door opener. They were very accommodating, which was greatly appreciated since I was calling from out of town and needed the opener for my rental in Las Vegas. Several payment options were offered, even pay-by-bill. I put in the order on Friday evening, and the open was installed on Monday morning! Highly recommended!!!

Great service at a great price. I made the deal on a Wednesday afternoon and the garage door was installed by 9 AM the next day! Yes, the job was completely done: new garage door, all hardware, tracks and springs. It was all done and the old stuff gone by 9 AM the next day!

On 5/10/2018 Mike "the technician" arrived on time as stated and went to work solving my issues with servicing our garage door, which he found to be out of balance and had a loose chain and programmed our two position remotes. He found that the wrong batteries were being used in the remotes. Thank you Mike and Western Door and Gate for dedication to service and customer. You are highly recommended.

Went to leave for work one morning and my garage door would not open! Called Western and Kevin sent someone out quickly. They were at my door within 20 minutes. Turned out I had a broken spring. The tech, Mike was very professional and I felt comfortable with the up front pricing! I will be calling again soon for a new opener!!

My experience with Western Door was outstanding. The price was great and they were out the next day with the door. There were no surprises. The door fit perfectly and the installers were profession and courteous. They had the replacement door in quickly and it looks great. Western Door is my "go to" company for garage doors.

I had these guys out to quote me for a new gate and a gate operator. Not only did they come in at a great price but they finished early, this gate it amazing...thanks Western.

My tech was Elgin Harrison. The garage door would not open. Elgin spotted the problem about one second after he entered the garage. The main spring that works the door had snapped in half. He had springs in his truck and changed it out with out a problem. When he tested the door we both noticed as the door opened and closed it was very loud. Elgin said it was the rollers, which were the cheapest kind that where installed. He told me he had the newest ball bearing type rollers and that would stop all the noise and make the door open and shut smother and quite. He installed the rollers in min and now the door is in perfect working condition.

Great company! Just needed a couple keychain remotes for condo complex I live in. contact Matty, and he was extremely helpful I brought in my remote so he could verify that is was the correct 12pin older Genie type they have nice test panel set up where he can perform the check on the remote signal there Matty also helped me to program an extra Genie remote that I purchased from Home Depot bought 2 keychain remotes from them they were pretty reasonable, work great will be contacting them for work on rolling shutter soon thanks guys!!!

Recent experience with Western Gate was very good to excellent. While it took two trips and a different receiver than originally used to repair our patio gate opener the second tech did a lot of research and corrected the problem. If you have a remote that "buzzes" the locking mechanism to allow the gate to be opened this is the company to call when you need service or repairs. The original lasted 10 years and Western still had access to that particular receiver. Our tech Jerry was very personal, professional and what I would consider an excellent employee and representative of Western Gate. Could not be happier about the results. Thank you Hal

Next day service. Sent a technician Geary and apprentice DJ. Fixed the problem in short order and @ reasonable price. Another local company said they couldn't repair and would have to replace it (expensive to replace). Glad I got a second opinion. Thanks for being better at diagnostics and honest with your consumers! Well done Western! Call these guys first.
